Desert Community Energy Program Manager:
Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) and Desert Community Energy (DCE) - (Starting Salary: $87,220 TO $108,665 annually, depending on qualifications, plus benefits package.) DCE is the Community Choice Energy service provider promoting carbon free electricity, local renewable resources, and community programs to advance a clean energy future. The Program Manager will work with the DCE team, consultants, and community stakeholders on operations, program development and implementation, community engagement and customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing internal operations and energy procurement activities, coordination of work with community and customers, climate action and sustainability programs, renewable/carbon free energy planning and compliance requirements. Provides associated administrative and staff support; interfaces with member jurisdictions, DCE Board, other community choice agencies, state agencies, consultants, and community organizations. Remote work is an option. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelorís Degree or equivalent. Experience in renewable energy, solar, energy efficiency, sustainability, community programs desirable.

Job Description: DCE Program Manager

Management Analyst Environmental Resources:
Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) - (Starting Salary: $74,139 to $92,369 annually, depending on qualifications, plus benefits package.) Performs a wide variety of responsible and complex administrative and analytical duties; participates and administers assigned energy, environmental, and other programs and contracts under the direct supervision of the Director of Environmental Resources. Interfaces with members of the CVAG member jurisdictions, as well as various county, state and federal agencies, utilities, and private organizations. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelorís Degree or equivalent. Experience in energy sustainability, community programs desirable.
